  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to major cities are typically faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A standard delivery fee will be applied at checkout based on your location.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number provided via SMS or email.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing ssorganics01@gmail.com along with your order details and a photo of the product.
We will review the issue and guide you through the exchange process if eligible.

6. International Shipping

At the moment, SS Organics only delivers within Pakistan. International shipping is not available yet, but we plan to expand soon!
