Refund policy

At SS Organics, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We do, however, offer an exchange policy for customers who wish to exchange their items. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals, tags, and labels intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on products that have been opened or used, such as shampoos, oils, or other personal care items.

Exchanges can only be made in cases of wrong product received, damaged item, or packaging issue, and are subject to stock availability. Customers must inform us about their exchange request within 8 days of receiving their order. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping or courier costs involved in returning the product to us.
